Steve's Waterworks Plumbing

My wife had an emergency leaking toilet repair, Steve’s responded and did the repair, no problem with the emergency repair and service charge, but the predatory price gouging for the components after installation is unprofessional and people should be aware. I believe they knowingly took advantage of my wife being alone and conspired to “RIP HER OFF. Their cost vs retail are as follows: Fill valve charge of $ 480.50 vs $ 15.00, Flapper Replacement $ 143.10 vs $ 8.59, Compression Stop Valve $ 458.65 vs $ 49.00, all pricing from Home Depot where they were purchased is predatory. Total cost from Steve’s was $ 1276.25 and during the phone call with the owner he reminded me this is a “capitalist country and there are no guidelines for pricing”. He did offer to split the cost after some conversation, which was accepted just to close the issue, but thus is still a ridiculous overcharge, even at 5x the retail cost for the components it would be less than the final agreed upon price of $ 676.25. I would never do business with this person again and recommend a “Buyer Beware” for anyone who does.

Can't say enough about my experience with Steve's Waterworks. Basement ceiling caved in due to water leaks in both bathrooms. Steve's team had to replace and update a lot of plumbing, made sure the mold was taken care of, and had to totally rebuild one bathroom and replace flooring and wall patches, painting in the other one along with replace and repair of basement ceiling. Shane did an amazing job with the rebuild and Steve took care of working with the insurance claims also. A whole team worked on plumbing. Would highly recommend this company for large and small jobs. Very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the whole process.

I had a pipe leading to my water softener that exploded! I mean a geyser when I was getting ready to walk out the door in my tiny guest bathroom!!! Out of 7 companies I called the only one that picked up the phone and did everything to help me stop the water, then had a tech Justin Donaldson come in less that 2 hours, he replace the broken pipe and another bad one next to it in an hour flat, so professional so fast. Just an absolute life saver, if it weren’t for this company and Justin I would of been under water, please do not ever hesitate to use this company, first time homeowner and i know who my lifetime plumber is now, just awesome work. So thankful.

My washer went out so I needed to get a new one. When it was delivered they were unable to hook it up due to the cold water valve being seized up and I was instructed to call a plumber. Called Steve and he got Justin over to me within the hour and he was able to fix all the issues and even hooked up my washer for me ☺️ I appreciate you guys a lot!! I’ll definitely be using you again. Thank you!

We had a clogged kitchen drain. We had tried snaking and plunging ourselves to no avail. We called another plumber, and they informed us they didn’t do this type of work. We looked into multiple companies in the area, reading reviews, and considering all of our options. We called Steve’s this morning, and was told they could have someone out this afternoon. Tim and Justin showed up in the given window of time, and were professional and ready to work. Unfortunately with one look under the cabinet, Tim informed us that our pipes had previously been installed wrong, which was part of the problem. He gave us a quote that felt fair, and he went to work on handling the clog and fixing the pipes. When he went to the crawl space to get a better idea of what was going on, he discovered more issues with the pipes that were unknown to us. We bought the house freshly flipped, and things had not been done properly. Tim and Justin were so kind in giving us the bad news that this project was going to cost more to fix properly. We wanted things to be done well, so we gave the green light. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work was completed, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. They showed pictures, and explained everything every step of the way. We never felt like we weren’t sure of what was going on. It’s never a great day to have an emergency plumbing need, especially if it costs a significant amount of money, but we are so glad we found this company. We absolutely will use them again, if need be, and we will recommend them to everyone local. Their prices were more than fair, their work was well done and quick, and they were even so kind to our three year old son, and paid attention to him when he wanted to show them his train, and tell them that the sink was broken. What a relief to know not just the symptom was fixed, but rather they got to the root of the issue. What a dynamic duo. We are so thankful!

Just had my first experience with Steve's Waterworks. They did a great job fixing water heater plumbing. Both Steve and Tim the tech were great to deal with. I will use them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Very pleased with my experience! I had frozen water pipes and they were able to come out same day, for a good price and unfroze my pipes quickly. Highly recommend.

Justin came out and provided exceptional service! This guy worked so hard lugging in extremely heavy equipment down to my basement and quickly unclogged my sewer drain. He offered knowledgeable advice for possible future issues. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
